A Confirmation email will be sent to your email addess immediately after successful payment. The Customer will be informed within 2 days by Chris & Nicola's Animal Hospital to confirm the appointment. Client can also call to make appointment in the next working day. Validity
All packages have a 6 month validity after purchase. Reservation are taken 3 days in advance. Invalid exceeds the period.

<Puppy and Kitten Care Vaccination Scheme>
- Only for age between 2 month to 10 months Puppy and Kitten
- This transaction is subject to the assessment by our inhouse vet for the suitability of a vaccine . If the animal is considered not suitable for the vaccine injection upon the consultation, Chris & Nicola's Animal Hospital will charge the patient a $550 consultation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
