Terms and Conditions:
After the successful payment, client will receive a confirmation email from Furmomo and client will be contacted by VPro Veterinary Clinic within 2 working day for the confirmation of booking date and location. Client can also query your transaction in the next working day. (General Enquiry Hotline: 2368 1518)

 

  1. Clients must present their ID card and order confirmation email on the day of the appointment to verify their identity.
  2. This product is not reusable and is limited to one pet per use.
  3. Appointments must be made at least one day in advance, with a validity period of one year from the date of purchase, and it is non-transferable.
  4. This product only covers consultation fees, designated physical examination items, and specified testing equipment costs; it does not include treatment costs for any conditions diagnosed.
  5. If any health issues are found during testing, treatment recommendations will be made by the doctors and staff, but it is optional for the owner to decide whether to proceed.
  6. Pets of any gender are acceptable.
  7. Applicable from Monday to Sunday.
  8. Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and is not redeemable for cash.
  9. If the owner decides not to proceed with certain items mentioned above, those charges will not be deducted and cannot be carried over for future use, items cannot be split.
  10. This product is only applicable at VPro Veterinary Clinic.
  11. In case of any disputes, Furmomo and VPro Veterinary Clinic reserve the final decision rights.
